Neobsahuje prakticky \u017eiadne vysvet\u013eovanie agiln\u00fdch met\u00f3d, a preto nie je vhodn\u00e1 pre \u00fapln\u00e9ho za\u010diato\u010dn\u00edka. Kniha nie je len popisom postupov a artefaktov pl\u00e1novania, ale je tie\u017e zna\u010dnou mierou obhajoba toho, pre\u010do je tento postup spr\u00e1vnej\u0161\u00ed ako tradi\u010dn\u00fd. Ak teda potrebujete nazbiera\u0165 argumenty v prospech agiln\u00e9ho pr\u00edstupu, v knihe ur\u010dite nejak\u00e9 n\u00e1jdete.<\/p>\n<p>\u010co v\u0161etko tam vlastne m\u00f4\u017eete n\u00e1js\u0165? Kniha je rozdelen\u00e1 do \u0161iestich \u010dast\u00ed: 1. Probl\u00e9m a cie\u013e; 2. Odhad ve\u013ekosti; 3. Pl\u00e1novanie pre hodnotu; 4. Sledovanie a komunik\u00e1cia; 5. Pre\u010do agiln\u00e9 met\u00f3dy funguj\u00fa a 6. Pr\u00edpadov\u00e1 \u0161t\u00fadia.<\/p>\n<p>Prv\u00e1 \u010das\u0165 sk\u00fama pl\u00e1novanie ako tak\u00e9. Sna\u017e\u00ed sa identifikova\u0165 princ\u00edpy a ciele pl\u00e1novania v\u0161eobecne. \u010ealej postupne vysvet\u013euje filozofiu agiln\u00e9ho pl\u00e1novania, porovn\u00e1va ho s klasick\u00fdm pl\u00e1novan\u00edm a poukazuje na rozdiely. Ako napr\u00edklad vyzer\u00e1 dobr\u00fd pl\u00e1n? Je to pl\u00e1n, na z\u00e1klade ktor\u00e9ho m\u00f4\u017ee z\u00e1kazn\u00edk robi\u0165 svoje vlastn\u00e9 rozhodnutia. To v preklade znamen\u00e1, \u017ee rob\u00edte pl\u00e1n, ktor\u00fd je dostato\u010dne presn\u00fd, aby sa z\u00e1kazn\u00edk napr\u00edklad vedel rozhodn\u00fa\u0165, kedy za\u010da\u0165 marketingov\u00fa kampa\u0148, ale z\u00e1rove\u0148 v sebe obsahuje dostatok priestoru na prisp\u00f4sobovanie zmen\u00e1m v bud\u00facnosti.<\/p>\n<p>Druh\u00e1 \u010das\u0165 sa plne venuje procesu odhadovania. Autor sa tie\u017e venuje t\u00e9me dobr\u00fdch User Story, ale o nich u\u017e existuje samostatn\u00e1 kniha, ktor\u00e1 ich rozober\u00e1 dopodrobna (moju recenziu na \u0148u m\u00f4\u017eete n\u00e1js\u0165 tu: http:\/\/agile.sk\/?p=568). V knihe sa d\u00e1 n\u00e1js\u0165 aj kapitola o zahrnut\u00ed neistoty (teda vytvorenia buffera) pre pl\u00e1n alebo pl\u00e1novania pre viact\u00edmov\u00fd projekt.<\/p>\n<p>V \u0161tvrtej \u010dasti nasleduje pas\u00e1\u017e o vizualiz\u00e1cii a komunik\u00e1cii pl\u00e1nov a to hlavne smerom k z\u00e1kazn\u00edkovi. Mike ukazuje r\u00f4zne typy grafov pre zobrazovanie aktu\u00e1lneho stavu releasu a iter\u00e1cie a vysvet\u013euje, ako s nimi pracova\u0165 a ako odkomunikova\u0165 tak\u00fd parameter, ako je r\u00fdchlos\u0165 (velocity) t\u00edmu.<\/p>\n<p>Piata \u010das\u0165 je pomerne kr\u00e1tka a obsahuje v skratke argumenty, pre\u010do agiln\u00e9 pl\u00e1novanie funguje a \u0161iesta z\u00e1vere\u010dn\u00e1 \u010das\u0165 obsahuje pr\u00edpadov\u00fa \u0161t\u00fadiu pl\u00e1novania v\u00fdvoja softv\u00e9rov\u00e9ho projektu \u2013 po\u010d\u00edta\u010dovej hry. Posledn\u00e1 kapitola je obzvl\u00e1\u0161\u0165 dobr\u00e1, ak si v\u0161etku t\u00fa te\u00f3riu z predch\u00e1dzaj\u00facich kapitol neviete predstavi\u0165 v praxi.<\/p>\n<p>Kniha Agile Estimation and Planning pod\u00e1va vysvetlenia v oblasti, ktor\u00e1 je pre projekt jedna z k\u013e\u00fa\u010dov\u00fdch. Ak u\u017e m\u00e1te predstavu o agiln\u00fdch met\u00f3dach alebo ich u\u017e nejak\u00fdm sp\u00f4sobom pou\u017e\u00edvate, ale to pl\u00e1novanie sa akosi st\u00e1le deje po starom, preto\u017ee ten nov\u00fd sp\u00f4sob p\u00f4sob\u00ed pr\u00edli\u0161 exoticky, m\u00f4\u017ee by\u0165 t\u00e1to kniha dobr\u00fd sprievodcom ako \u010falej.
