O z\u00e1pase, ale tie\u017e o spolupr\u00e1ci sily v\u00f4le a zvykov v n\u00e1s je kniha <a href=\"http:\/\/www.bookdepository.com\/Power-Habit-Charles-Duhigg\/9780434020362\"><em>The Power of Habit<\/em><\/a> od C<em>harlesa Dughigga<\/em>.<!--more--><!--break--><\/p>\n<p>The Power of Habit je kniha z oblasti popul\u00e1rnej vedy. To je tak\u00fd ten typ knihy, kde autor predklad\u00e1 vedeck\u00e9 z\u00e1very z r\u00f4znych vedn\u00fdch oblast\u00ed (v tomto pr\u00edpade je to hlavne psychol\u00f3gia a sociol\u00f3gia), ale rob\u00ed to tak\u00fdm sp\u00f4sobom a d\u00e1va k tomu tak\u00e9 vysvetlenie, \u017ee je to str\u00e1vite\u013en\u00e9 aj pre \u010dloveka, ktor\u00fd na to nem\u00e1 \u0161peci\u00e1lne vzdelanie. Vlastne kniha je zbierka pr\u00edbehov \u013eud\u00ed a vedeck\u00fdch \u0161t\u00fadii, ktor\u00fdmi sa autor sna\u017e\u00ed dok\u00e1za\u0165 te\u00f3riu o zvykoch. A ak\u00e1 je to te\u00f3ria?<\/p>\n<p>Stru\u010dne by sa dalo poveda\u0165, \u017ee zvyky n\u00e1s sprev\u00e1dzaj\u00fa od nepam\u00e4ti e\u0161te z \u010dias, kedy sme sa potrebovali br\u00e1ni\u0165 vo\u010di nepriate\u013esk\u00fdm zvierat\u00e1m a ka\u017ed\u00fd de\u0148 vych\u00e1dza\u0165 na lov. Autor (na z\u00e1klade vedeck\u00fdch \u0161t\u00fadi\u00ed) tvrd\u00ed, \u017ee zvyky s\u00fa ulo\u017een\u00e9 <span style=\"background: transparent;\">v inej \u010dasti mozgu (t.z. aktivuje sa in\u00e1 \u010das\u0165) <\/span>ako slobodn\u00e1 v\u00f4\u013ea. Ako d\u00f4kaz m\u00f4\u017ee sl\u00fa\u017ei\u0165 pr\u00edbeh \u010dloveka, ktor\u00fd pri po\u0161koden\u00ed mozgu pri\u0161iel o kr\u00e1tkodob\u00fa pam\u00e4\u0165. Nepam\u00e4t\u00e1 si, ani \u010do hovoril pred piatimi min\u00fatami a ani ako vyzer\u00e1 p\u00f4dorys jeho domu. Ale bez probl\u00e9mov n\u00e1jde chladni\u010dku, ke\u010f je hladn\u00fd. Alebo nevie op\u00edsa\u0165, ako vyzer\u00e1 jeho dom, ale ak sa vyberie na prech\u00e1dzku, tak sa vr\u00e1ti v\u017edy bez bl\u00fadenia domov.<\/p>\n<p>Kniha je naplnen\u00e1 podobn\u00fdmi pr\u00edbehmi, pri\u010dom sa autor sna\u017e\u00ed sk\u00fama\u0165 zvyky jednotlivca, zvyky vo firemnom prostred\u00ed a tie\u017e zvyky spolo\u010dnosti. Tvrd\u00ed, \u017ee ak sa pozriete na spolo\u010dnos\u0165 z poh\u013eadu zvykov, viete sa ve\u013ea nov\u00e9ho dozvedie\u0165 a mnoh\u00e9 zmeni\u0165. Sta\u010d\u00ed napr\u00edklad odtla\u010di\u0165 st\u00e1nky z jedn\u00e9ho Bagdack\u00e9ho n\u00e1mestia a pravideln\u00e9 nepokoje, ktor\u00e9 sa tam objavovali, vymizn\u00fa ako sa \u013eudia roz\u00eddu h\u013eada\u0165 si ve\u010der jedlo niekam inam.<\/p>\n<p>Hlavn\u00e1 my\u0161lienka o zvykoch je, \u017ee zvyk je tvoren\u00fd trojicou: <strong>sp\u00fa\u0161\u0165a\u010d<\/strong>, <strong>rutina<\/strong> a <strong>odmena<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"imgp_img\" style=\"display: block; margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto;\" src=\"\/sites\/default\/files\/imagepicker\/1\/power.of.habit.png\" alt=\"Obr\u00e1zok\" width=\"424\" height=\"204\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Sp\u00fa\u0161\u0165a\u010d m\u00f4\u017ee by\u0165 \u010doko\u013evek: ur\u010dit\u00fd \u010das, miesto, pocit alebo \u010dlovek v na\u0161ej bl\u00edzkosti. Rutina je samotn\u00e1 \u010dinnos\u0165, ktor\u00e1 sa pri zvyku vykon\u00e1va a odmena je nie\u010do, po \u010dom sa c\u00edtime dobre. Pr\u00edklad z knihy: predstavte si, \u017ee by som v\u00e1s presved\u010dil, \u017ee va\u0161e zuby s\u00fa pokryt\u00e9 tenk\u00fdm povlakom &#8211; filmom &#8211; ktor\u00fd by ste sa mali sna\u017ei\u0165 odstr\u00e1ni\u0165 a pon\u00fakal v\u00e1m zubn\u00fa pastu, ktor\u00e1 to rob\u00ed. Doslova by som v\u00e1s povzbudzoval, aby ste si sk\u00fasili jazykom prejs\u0165 po zuboch a povedal v\u00e1m, \u017ee to, \u010do c\u00edtite, je ten povlak. A toto by som v\u00e1m opakoval tak dlho, ne\u017e by som v\u00e1s presved\u010dil, \u017ee je to naozaj tak, a \u017ee povlak treba pravidelne odstra\u0148ova\u0165. A presne to aj urobili v\u00fdrobcovia zubnej pasty v Amerike. Vybudovali geni\u00e1lny syst\u00e9m, kde sp\u00fa\u0161\u0165a\u010dom bol pocit, \u017ee m\u00e1m na zuboch povlak, rutinou \u010distenie ich pastou a odmenou pocit \u010dist\u00fdch zubov. \u010co na tom, \u017ee ten povlak je prirodzen\u00fd, \u017eiad\u00faci, ned\u00e1 a nem\u00e1 sa da\u0165 odstr\u00e1ni\u0165 a t\u00e1 pasta ho v skuto\u010dnosti ani neodstra\u0148uje? D\u00f4le\u017eit\u00e9 je uzavrie\u0165 slu\u010dku a zvyk posil\u0148ova\u0165. Mimochodom ten chladiv\u00fd pocit po umyt\u00ed zubov pastou nie je potrebn\u00fd, aby boli \u010distej\u0161ie. Len bez neho by sme nedostali to, na \u010do sme zvyknut\u00ed. Rovnako ako pena pri sapon\u00e1te na um\u00fdvanie riadu. M\u00e1me vybudovan\u00fdch viac zvykov, ako si mysl\u00edme.<\/p>\n<p>D\u00f4le\u017eitou inform\u00e1ciou je, \u017ee tam, kde nie je zvyk, mus\u00ed by\u0165 sila v\u00f4le. Inak povedan\u00e9, zvyk je \u010dinnos\u0165, ktor\u00e1 sa automatizovala po tom, \u010do ste sa ju prin\u00fatili vykon\u00e1va\u0165 nejak\u00fd \u010das pomocou sily v\u00f4le. D\u00e1 sa tie\u017e poveda\u0165, \u017ee v\u0161etko, \u010do rob\u00edme, rob\u00edme bu\u010f preto, lebo sme sa tak rozhodli (a teda pou\u017e\u00edvame silu v\u00f4le) alebo to rob\u00edme zo zvyku (pri\u010dom si ani neuvedomujeme, \u017ee to je zvyk).<\/p>\n<p>Duhigg sa tie\u017e venuje tomu, ako sa zvykov zbavi\u0165. A v\u00fdsledok? Zvykov sa zbavi\u0165 ned\u00e1. Dos\u0165 depres\u00edvne, ale dobr\u00e1 spr\u00e1va je, \u017ee sa daj\u00fa zmeni\u0165. \u010castokr\u00e1t sta\u010d\u00ed vymeni\u0165 rutinu, pri\u010dom sp\u00fa\u0161\u0165a\u010d a odmena ost\u00e1vaj\u00fa rovnak\u00e9. Vezmite si ako pr\u00edklad faj\u010denie. Sp\u00fa\u0161\u0165a\u010de: nervozita, pocit, \u017ee potrebujem na chv\u00ed\u013eu vypn\u00fa\u0165; rutina: cigareta; odmena: chv\u00ed\u013ea oddychu, vypnutie od aktu\u00e1lnych probl\u00e9mov. Rie\u0161en\u00edm je vymeni\u0165 rutinu, ale sp\u00fa\u0161\u0165a\u010d a odmenu necha\u0165. Napr\u00edklad namiesto faj\u010denia cigarety si len na chv\u00ed\u013eu s niekym poklebeti\u0165, zjes\u0165 jablko alebo sa prejs\u0165 po ulici. Tak\u00fdto pr\u00edstup by mohol ma\u0165 v\u00e4\u010d\u0161iu \u0161ancu na pre\u017eitie ako sna\u017ei\u0165 sa pokori\u0165 vlastn\u00e9 (dlhodobo budovan\u00e9 zvyky) len silou v\u00f4le.<\/p>\n<p>Kdesi som \u010d\u00edtal, \u017ee Einstein mal v skrini nieko\u013eko rovnak\u00fdch oblekov, z ktor\u00fdch si ka\u017ed\u00fd de\u0148 jednoducho jeden zobral. Rovnak\u00e9 boli preto, aby nikdy nemusel rozm\u00fd\u0161\u013ea\u0165, ktor\u00fd si zobra\u0165 a zbyto\u010dne tak zamestn\u00e1va\u0165 svoj rozum. Nie\u010do podobn\u00e9 za n\u00e1s robia zvyky. Rie\u0161ia automaticky probl\u00e9my bez toho, aby sme sa my museli s\u00fastredi\u0165. Aj v\u010faka tomu n\u00e1m pom\u00e1haj\u00fa pre\u017ei\u0165. Nemus\u00edme rozm\u00fd\u0161\u013ea\u0165 ako chodi\u0165, rozpr\u00e1va\u0165, p\u00edsa\u0165, d\u00fdcha\u0165. Preto s\u00fa pre n\u00e1\u0161 \u017eivot nevyhnutn\u00e9. Probl\u00e9m je, \u017ee medzi dobr\u00fdmi a zl\u00fdmi zvykmi je len jedin\u00fd rozdiel. Tie druh\u00e9 n\u00e1m \u0161kodia. A na z\u00e1ver u\u017e len: Pozor na to, ak sa v\u00e1s nejak\u00e1 reklama sna\u017e\u00ed presved\u010di\u0165, aby ste nie\u010do robili pravidelne.
