A naozaj sa mi potom deje to, \u017ee sa mi do r\u00fak dostan\u00fa knihy, ktor\u00e9 u\u017e len dookola mel\u00fa stokr\u00e1t premlet\u00fa m\u00faku. A\u017e potom pr\u00edde n\u00e1hle jedna, ktor\u00e1 mi tento m\u00f4j vzdu\u0161n\u00fd z\u00e1mok istoty rozf\u00faka ako vietor pred b\u00farkou.<!--more--><!--break--><\/p>\n<p>\u010c\u00edtal som Babauta, Trayciho, Coveya aj Allena, a pr\u00e1ve som do\u010d\u00edtal knihu <em>get everything done and still have time to play <\/em><span style=\"font-style: normal;\">od Marka Fostera. Je to \u010dlovek, ktor\u00fd sa (podobne ako predt\u00fdm vymenovan\u00ed) \u017eiv\u00fd \u0161kolen\u00edm oh\u013eadom \u017eivotn\u00e9ho \u0161t\u00fdlu a time-managementu. Nem\u00f4\u017eem poveda\u0165, \u017ee by t\u00e1to kniha obsahovala \u00faplne unik\u00e1tne a doteraz nepublikovan\u00e9 my\u0161lienky. Nepochybne ale obsahuje nieko\u013eko zauj\u00edmav\u00fdch uhlov poh\u013eadov na t\u00fato t\u00e9mu. Ja teraz spomeniem niektor\u00e9, ktor\u00e9 ma najviac zaujali.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Foster del\u00ed v\u0161etky aktivity do troch kateg\u00f3rii:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>tie, ktor\u00e9 maj\u00fa pridelen\u00e9 miesto v \u010dase<\/li>\n<li>tie, ktor\u00e9 by ho mali ma\u0165 pridelen\u00e9<\/li>\n<li>tie, ktor\u00e9 ho pridelen\u00e9 nemusia ma\u0165<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Aj ke\u010f mo\u017eno nie je \u00faplne jasn\u00e9, o \u010dom s\u00fa posledn\u00e9 dve kateg\u00f3rie, zauj\u00edmav\u00e1 je t\u00e1 prv\u00e1. To s\u00fa r\u00f4zne stretnutia, rokovania, sch\u00f4dzky a podobne. Foster tvrd\u00ed, \u017ee je to najnebezpe\u010dnej\u0161\u00ed druh aktivity, preto\u017ee zhltne najviac \u010dasu (v pomere k u\u017eito\u010dnosti). Ak m\u00e1te napr\u00edklad v meste stretnutie tak na pol hodiny, tak nejak\u00fd \u010das str\u00e1vite cestovan\u00edm, potom p\u00e1r min\u00fat \u010dakan\u00edm na presn\u00fd \u010das, aby ste n\u00e1sledne zistili, \u017ee druh\u00e1 strana pr\u00edde o 5 min\u00fat nesk\u00f4r. Nie\u010do podobn\u00e9 m\u00f4\u017eete za\u017ei\u0165 aj v kancel\u00e1rii pri \u010dakan\u00ed na rokovanie. Kto by sa u\u017e p\u00fa\u0161\u0165al do nie\u010doho v\u00e4\u010d\u0161ieho, ke\u010f to o 10 min\u00fat za\u010d\u00edna? A tak sa t\u00fdch 10 min\u00fat len nejako zabije.<\/p>\n<p>\u010eal\u0161\u00ed zauj\u00edmav\u00fd n\u00e1zor je, \u017ee z\u00e1kladn\u00fdm n\u00e1strojom time-managementu je nau\u010di\u0165 sa hovori\u0165 \u201eNie\u201c. Nem\u00f4\u017eete ma\u0165 v\u0161etko. Mus\u00edte si vybra\u0165 a na nie\u010do poveda\u0165 nie. Ak sa nenau\u010d\u00edte toto, tak bez oh\u013eadu na to, na ak\u00fd efekt\u00edvny stroj vykon\u00e1vaj\u00faci svoje povinnosti sa premen\u00edte, nebude to nikdy sta\u010di\u0165&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>Foster tie\u017e rekapituluje r\u00f4zne pr\u00fady v time-managemente, ktor\u00e9 sa objavuj\u00fa v in\u00fdch knih\u00e1ch (prioritizovanie pr\u00e1ce; robi\u0165 v\u0161etko hne\u010f; robi\u0165 to, \u010doho sa najviac boj\u00edme at\u010f.), a okrem in\u00e9ho sa dost\u00e1va k jedn\u00e9mu zauj\u00edmav\u00e9mu porovnaniu Checklistu a ToDo zoznamu. Foster tvrd\u00ed, \u017ee zatia\u013e \u010do to prv\u00e9 je ve\u013emi u\u017eito\u010dn\u00e9, lebo v\u00e1m konkretizuje cie\u013e do krokov, ktor\u00e9 je mo\u017en\u00e9 robi\u0165, to druh\u00e9 je \u0161kodliv\u00e9, lebo vyvol\u00e1va pocit zahltenia a dezorientuje. Zauj\u00edmav\u00fd a nie \u00faplne typick\u00fd n\u00e1zor na ToDo zoznamy.<\/p>\n<p>V inej \u010dasti knihy uv\u00e1dza met\u00f3du ako sa prin\u00fati\u0165 za\u010da\u0165 pracova\u0165 na pomerne ve\u013ek\u00fdch \u00faloh\u00e1ch, ktor\u00e9 vedia odradi\u0165 na prv\u00fd poh\u013ead. Met\u00f3da sa naz\u00fdva \u201ehalving\u201c a je naozaj o delen\u00ed na polovicu. Podstata met\u00f3dy spo\u010d\u00edva v tom, \u017ee ve\u013ek\u00fa \u00falohu del\u00edte na polovice dovtedy, pokia\u013e sa nedostanete ku kroku, ktor\u00fd je \u013eahko vykonate\u013en\u00fd. To znamen\u00e1 vykonate\u013en\u00fd hne\u010f, alebo v kr\u00e1tkej dobe. Napr\u00edklad \u00faloha \u201enau\u010di\u0165 sa Python\u201c (Python je programovac\u00ed jazyk) sa m\u00f4\u017ee javi\u0165 pr\u00edli\u0161 ve\u013ek\u00e1. Preto si ju rozdel\u00edte na \u201ena\u0161tudova\u0165 te\u00f3riu\u201c a \u201enap\u00edsa\u0165 nejak\u00fd jednoduch\u00fd program\u201c. Aj \u201ena\u0161tudova\u0165 te\u00f3riu\u201c m\u00f4\u017ee by\u0165 pr\u00edli\u0161 ve\u013ek\u00e9, a preto ju rozdel\u00edte na \u201eprejs\u0165 si webov\u00fd tutorial\u201c a \u201epre\u010d\u00edta\u0165 knihu\u201c. Super. Prejs\u0165 si webov\u00fd tutori\u00e1l u\u017e neznie tak stra\u0161ne. Ur\u010dite si viem predstavi\u0165 realizova\u0165 to v bl\u00edzkej dobe, na rozdiel od \u00falohy \u201enau\u010di\u0165 sa Python\u201c. Ak v\u00e1m e\u0161te aj tento krok pripad\u00e1 \u0165a\u017eko uskuto\u010dnite\u013en\u00fd, de\u013ete \u00falohu \u010falej. Op\u00e4\u0165 to nie je \u00faplne nov\u00e9 a rovnak\u00e1 my\u0161lienka sa skr\u00fdva v technike Pomodoro, o ktorej som u\u017e tie\u017e p\u00edsal v inom <a href=\"http:\/\/spireng.sk\/en\/co-maju-spolocne-agilne-metody-a-kuchynsky-budik\/\">\u010dl\u00e1nku<\/a>. Foster ale ide \u010falej a zatia\u013e \u010do Pomodoro radilo len rozseka\u0165 pracovn\u00fd \u010das na jednotliv\u00e9 \u010dasov\u00e9 \u00faseky, Foster navrhuje strieda\u0165 pri t\u00fdchto \u00fasekoch \u010dinnosti. Teda najprv rob\u00edte 15 min\u00fat na vybavovan\u00ed po\u0161ty, potom 15 min\u00fat p\u00ed\u0161ete \u010dl\u00e1nok, potom 15 min\u00fat upratujte, potom 15 min\u00fat vybavujte po\u0161tu, potom \u010dl\u00e1nok at\u010f. Na prv\u00fd poh\u013ead to m\u00f4\u017ee by\u0165 zm\u00e4tok. Ale Foster tvrd\u00ed, \u017ee \u201eend-effect\u201c sp\u00fa\u0161\u0165an\u00fd v ka\u017edom z t\u00fdchto intervalov urob\u00ed svoje. Ak ste u\u017e pre\u010d\u00edtali nejak\u00e9 knihy o time-managemente, sna\u017e\u00edte sa ich zapracova\u0165 do \u017eivota a h\u013ead\u00e1te nov\u00fa in\u0161pir\u00e1ciu, m\u00f4\u017ee v\u00e1m t\u00e1to kniha v nie\u010dom pom\u00f4c\u0165. Tie\u017e v\u00e1m vie pom\u00f4c\u0165, ak ste zapracovanie vzdali ale tu\u0161\u00edte, \u017ee predsa by v\u00e1m len bolo lep\u0161ie, ak by ste niektor\u00e9 veci zmenili. Tak ako mno\u017estvo jej podobn\u00fdch kn\u00edh vie povzbudi\u0165 k tomu, aby ste si op\u00e4\u0165 pok\u00fasili urobi\u0165 v \u017eivote trochu viac poriadok.
