Don Aslett je majite\u013e pomerne ve\u013ekej firmy, ktor\u00e1 sa star\u00e1 o \u010distenie budov. Okrem podnikania nap\u00edsal ve\u013ek\u00e9 mno\u017estvo kn\u00edh. Moj\u00edm ob\u013e\u00faben\u00fdm autorom sa stal hne\u010f po pre\u010d\u00edtan\u00ed prvej <em>Clutters Last Stand,<\/em> kde popisuje to, ako \u013eudia zaprat\u00e1vaj\u00fa priestor a \u017eivot nepotrebnos\u0165ami (ako \u010dlovek, ktor\u00fd chod\u00ed upratova\u0165 cudzie domy a kancel\u00e1rie, za\u017eil v\u0161eli\u010do). Ak m\u00e1te v pivnici odlo\u017een\u00fa star\u00fa, prasknut\u00fa hadicu z vys\u00e1va\u010da, v kuchyni zav\u00e1ran\u00e9 huby alebo orechy, ktor\u00e9 tam stoja nieko\u013eko rokov a nikto ich nepou\u017eil alebo niekde v \u0161ufl\u00edku dve \u010d\u00edsla \u010dasopisu z minul\u00e9ho roku, ktor\u00e9 \u010dakaj\u00fa, a\u017e si ich pre\u010d\u00edtate, je to presne ten odpad, o ktorom Don p\u00ed\u0161e. Ale veci a predmety v na\u0161ich skriniach a pivniciach s\u00fa samostatnou t\u00e9mou. Vr\u00e1\u0165me sa nasp\u00e4\u0165 k mana\u017ementu \u010dasu.<\/p>\n<p>Don tvrd\u00ed, \u017ee pre \u010dloveka je vo viacer\u00fdch oh\u013eadoch najlep\u0161ie to, ke\u010f je produkt\u00edvny. Produkt\u00edvny neznamen\u00e1 len generovanie preh\u013eadov, alebo obsluhovanie z\u00e1kazn\u00edkov. Produkt\u00edvny ste vtedy, ke\u010f staviate plot, aj vtedy ke\u010f sa venujete svojim de\u0165om, rodine, komunite (preto\u017ee im poskytujete nejak\u00fd osoh). \u010co potom produkt\u00edvne nie je? Sledovanie \u010dohoko\u013evek (TV, \u0161port na\u017eivo), ve\u010dierky, ak m\u00e1te \u017eivot zameran\u00fd len na jedenie, prehnan\u00e1 starostlivos\u0165 o viz\u00e1\u017e, nakupovanie (to tak\u00e9, ke\u010f je to viac v\u00fdlet ako povinnos\u0165), zbyto\u010dn\u00e9 \u010d\u00edtanie (let\u00e1ky) alebo starosti nad vecami, ktor\u00e9 nie sme schopn\u00fd zmeni\u0165. Okrem toho Don vymenov\u00e1va p\u00e4\u0165 najv\u00e4\u010d\u0161\u00edch zab\u00edja\u010dov \u010dasu:<\/p>\n<p>1. stravovacie alebo pitn\u00e9 ritu\u00e1ly (napr. d\u00e1m si k\u00e1vu, lebo u\u017e je dev\u00e4\u0165 hod\u00edn r\u00e1no)<\/p>\n<p>2. pr\u00edli\u0161 ve\u013ea sp\u00e1nku<\/p>\n<p>3. pr\u00edli\u0161 ve\u013ea hier (\u013eubovo\u013en\u00e1 konzumn\u00e1 z\u00e1bava &#8211; napr\u00edklad kino)<\/p>\n<p>4. sledovanie (telev\u00edzia, \u0161port, susedia, alebo len tak ulica)<\/p>\n<p>5. po\u010d\u00edta\u010dov\u00e1 k\u00f3ma (hodiny surfovania, chatovania, sledovania vtipn\u00fdch vide\u00ed a obr\u00e1zkov)<\/p>\n<p>Aby toho nebolo m\u00e1lo, tak na \u010fal\u0161om mieste v knihe spom\u00edna pr\u00edznak overkill &#8211; to je inak povedan\u00e9: \u201eV\u0161etk\u00e9ho ve\u013ea \u0161kod\u00ed.\u201c Ak sa prejed\u00e1te, ve\u013ea sp\u00edte, obklopujete sa pr\u00edli\u0161 ve\u013ea vecami, pr\u00edli\u0161 ve\u013ea n\u00e1strojmi, venujete pr\u00edli\u0161 ve\u013ea \u010dasu obliekaniu, hygiene a pod. A nepochybne \u010fal\u0161\u00edmi brzdami produktivity s\u00fa pr\u00edli\u0161n\u00e9 analyzovanie a odklad rozhodnutia. Samostatn\u00e1 kapitola je o ru\u0161eniach pri pr\u00e1ci. Ak v\u00e1s st\u00e1le nie\u010do vyru\u0161uje, tak mus\u00edte reorganizova\u0165 a na\u0161tartova\u0165, reorganizova\u0165 a na\u0161tartova\u0165, reorganizova\u0165 a na\u0161tartova\u0165. Ak si beriete vo\u013eno z pr\u00e1ce a viete, \u017ee mus\u00edte splni\u0165 viacero \u00faloh, tak namiesto toho, aby ste ich napl\u00e1novali, tak sa na nich len priprav\u00edte. Nie je to \u017eiaden time-management syst\u00e9m. Ni\u010d podobn\u00e9 ako syst\u00e9m GTD v nej nen\u00e1jdete (aj ke\u010f na zadnej strate je mne z nezn\u00e1mych d\u00f4vod nap\u00edsan\u00e9, \u017ee obsahuje unik\u00e1tny time-management syst\u00e9m). Je tam ale kopec my\u0161lienok, ktor\u00e9 v\u00e1s dok\u00e1\u017eu posun\u00fa\u0165 \u010falej. A ako rozpozn\u00e1te, \u017ee by v\u00e1m t\u00e1 kniha dok\u00e1zala nie\u010do da\u0165? Ak sa v\u00e1m stalo, \u017ee ste niektor\u00fd de\u0148 kon\u010dili v pr\u00e1ci alebo si l\u00edhali ve\u010der do postele a uva\u017eovali nad t\u00fdm, \u017ee de\u0148 zbehol a vy ste vlastne ni\u010d neurobili, je ve\u013emi pravdepodobn\u00e9, \u017ee nie\u010do je zle a t\u00e1to kniha by v\u00e1m mohla pom\u00f4c\u0165.
